About

Danielle is currently a Research Associate in the Health Management Research Group with Imperial College Business School. Her work focuses on the organizational analysis of managing major service and infrastructure transitions and is currently working on an international comparative study on healthcare facility transitions involving new care model introduction in the UK, US and Canada. This research is funded by the Health and Care Infrastructure Research and Innovation Centre (HaCIRIC).  In particular she is interested in identifying the core factors essential for strategic organizational change and the methods used to engage all relevant stakeholders during the transition process.

Danielle received her doctorate degree in Management from Kent Business School, University of Kent.  Her thesis investigated the use of Social Accounts  in improving trust in organizations undergoing organizational change projects.  Danielle’s work draws upon the literature of organizational behaviour and organizational psychology and she favours a multidisciplinary approach to research.  She also has experience of multi-methodological research including both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, and the use of field questionnaires, interviews, focus groups and experimental data collection methods. 

Previously, Danielle has been employed as a Research Assistant by the University of Kent on a research project identifying the tipping points of ethical consumerism in the UK.  This research looks at the knowledge transfer of ideas within society leading to a shift in consumer behaviour.

Danielle holds a first degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management with Social Psychology from University of Kent and a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) from the same institution.
